Bluetooth Wireless Temperature Sensor
Bluetooth wireless temperature sensors, utilizing BLE 5.0 low-energy wireless communication, can be used for temperature monitoring in applications such as cold-chain transportation, refrigerated cabinets, warehouses, and greenhouses. The product requires no complex wiring and can replace traditional wired temperature probes, reducing installation time, cable aging, and ongoing maintenance.
The Bluetooth wireless temperature sensor is designed specifically for temperature monitoring projects that require flexible deployment. With a built-in 5400mAh battery and an average current as low as 100μA, it has a typical service life of up to approximately 3 years, eliminating the need for frequent battery replacement. The device communicates with Bluetooth-enabled gateways or positioning terminals via BLE 5.0 and can reliably collect data from multiple temperature measurement points.
The sensor features an external antenna design, with a communication range of up to 350–400 meters in open areas, making it suitable for wireless monitoring needs across large areas such as refrigerated trucks, cold storage facilities, warehouse shelving, and greenhouses. The device supports parameter configuration and temperature calibration via a mobile app and can be easily installed using 3M double-sided tape or screws.
The product operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C and features an IP67 protection rating, enabling it to function reliably in challenging environments such as those with low temperatures, high humidity, and dust. For projects requiring remote temperature monitoring, the product can be paired with a FOFN Bluetooth terminal or data gateway to transmit temperature data to the platform for centralized management.
