Bluetooth Fuel Level Sensor
The Bluetooth fuel level sensor uses a capacitive measurement principle to detect changes in the liquid level of light petroleum products, such as gasoline and diesel, in real time. The product wirelessly transmits fuel level data via Bluetooth LE (Low Energy Bluetooth) to a Bluetooth gateway, GPS positioning terminal, or fleet management platform, enabling remote fuel level monitoring, anomaly alerts, and data management for vehicles and storage tanks.
The Bluetooth fuel level sensor is designed for fleet fuel consumption management, construction machinery fuel management, and liquid level monitoring in stationary storage tanks. The sensor uses capacitive technology to measure fuel levels, offering high detection accuracy and stability. It helps users track remaining fuel levels in tanks, refueling records, fuel consumption trends, and abnormal changes in fuel levels.
The device uses low-energy Bluetooth (BLE) for communication, and data can be transmitted at 10-second intervals. The sensor must be used in conjunction with a BLE-enabled GPS locator, Bluetooth gateway, or receiving terminal, which then uploads the data to the management platform to enable remote viewing and management.
Probe lengths can be customized based on the depth of the fuel tank or storage tank: lengths suitable for vehicle fuel tanks range from 150 to 2,500 mm, while fixed containers support lengths from 150 to 6,000 mm. The products feature wide-temperature operation, waterproof and dustproof construction, and intrinsically safe explosion-proof design, making them suitable for level monitoring of light petroleum products such as gasoline and diesel.
